What Does It Mean To Believe In Christ pt.1?

Many people think that belieiving in Christ is actually believing and trusting in The Most High. Some even believe that he is The Most High. Still there are others that really don’t know what they believe except for the fact that this is something that their family believed for generations. Sad to say these people have a belief system that most can’t even explain. They seek their ministers who really don’t have a clear answer except to tell them just have faith and believe. They say some things are a mystery and can’t be explained. I’m about to let you know some things about what it actually means to believe in Christ.

        Isaiah 42:16 – And I will bring the blind by a way that they knew not; I will lead them in paths that they have not known: I will make darkness light before them, and crooked things straight. These things will I do unto them, and not forsake them.

A) Believing in Christ means we now have a human sacrifice for our sins?

        Revelations 1:5 – And from Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood

B) The Most High said that no man can die for our sins.

       Ezekiel 18:20 – The soul that sinneth, it shall die. The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son: the righteousness of the righteous shall be upon him, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon him.21 But if the wicked will turn from all his sins that he hath committed, and keep all my statutes, and do that which is lawful and right, he shall surely live, he shall not die.22 All his transgressions that he hath committed, they shall not be mentioned unto him: in his righteousness that he hath done he shall live.

A) Believing in Christ means we now have another savior other than The Most High?

        John 4:42 – And said unto the woman, Now we believe, not because of thy saying: for we have heard him ourselves, and know that this is indeed the Christ, the Saviour of the world.

B) The Most High said that he is Our Only Savior.

        Isaiah 43:10 – Ye are my witnesses, saith The Most High (Lord), and my servant whom I have chosen: that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me.11 I, even I, am The Most High (Lord); and beside me there is no saviour.

        Isaiah 49:26 – And I will feed them that oppress thee with their own flesh; and they shall be drunken with their own blood, as with sweet wine: and all flesh shall know that I The Most High (Lord) am thy Saviour and thy Redeemer, the mighty One of Jacob.

A) Believing in Christ means that we must accept him as our King and Messiah who will come back in the last days to rule with The Most High?

      1 Timothy 6:14 – That thou keep this commandment without spot, unrebukable, until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ:15 Which in his times he shall shew, who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings, and Lord of lords;

B) The Most High said that David is the only King or Messiah that will stand and rule with Him in the last days.

      Hosea 3: – For the children of Israel shall abide many days without a king, and without a prince, and without a sacrifice, and without an image, and without an ephod, and without teraphim:5 Afterward shall the children of Israel return, and seek The Most High (Lord) their Saviour (God), and David their king; and shall fear The Most High (Lord) and his goodness in the latter days.

     Jeremah 30:7 – Alas! for that day is great, so that none is like it: it is even the time of Jacob’s trouble, but he shall be saved out of it.8 For it shall come to pass in that day, saith the father (Lord) of hosts, that I will break his yoke from off thy neck, and will burst thy bonds, and strangers shall no more serve themselves of him:9 But they shall serve The Most High (Lord) their Savior (God), and David their king, whom I will raise up unto them
